Booking Policy:

• All services are pre-booked & confirmed only after successful payment
• Sessions will be scheduled after booking confirmation
• Clients are required to share necessary details (birth details, questions, etc.) before the session
• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

Cancellation:

• If a session is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be initiated within 5 working days
• If cancelled by the client:
- 50% of the session fee will be refunded
-Cancellation must be informed in advance

Rescheduling:

• Allowed if informed at least 24 hours prior to the session
• Only one-time rescheduling is permitted

Late / No Show:

• If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, the session will be considered completed
• No refund or reschedule will be applicable
• Delay from your end may lead to reduced session duration

Before You Book:

• Ensure you are in a quiet and comfortable environment during the session
• Keep required details ready (birth details, questions, etc.)
• Sessions are conducted with respect, confidentiality & positive intention
• Guidance provided is for clarity & direction & final decisions remain with the client

Damage & Missing Item Policy:

• To claim any damage or missing item, an unboxing video is mandatory
• The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits
• The package must be clearly visible before opening
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted
• Any damage or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Final Note:

We encourage clients to reschedule instead of cancelling wherever possible.
